Great post and I love all of these pictures.  You look fabulous!

You have, in return, inspired me with your recent posts on motivation and running.  I injured my knee last thursday on a run and took a week off to give it a break (I was bummed to be a bum). But you got me going again today - a mild 2 mi run - it was good to get back into the groove.

		<description>You can do it!!!! Getting started is half the battle. Once you find a routine I bet the energy you&#039;ll find and good feelings overall will keep you moving. And if you need any motivation - holler out to your peeps. Seems like you have a lot of support!

Oh, and good job on the 10k goal - a goal like that will definitely keep you going!</description>

Also, I must say that I love your goals; they are really helping to inspire me. I&#039;m going to soul search a bit this weekend and try to figure out something similar that will work for me.
